Congress 2026 Registration

Delegate types:

1. Sponsored Employees (in-person and virtual): Fraser, VHT, PHSA, Interior, LifeLabs

2. Non-sponsored In-person or Virtual Delegate

Virtual attendance is great, but we encourage you to attend in-person if you can. And, here’s why: Face-to-face contact. Networking. Exhibitor Reception. Prizes. Lunches. Morning Coffee. Social Events. SWAG.

 

Officially sponsored employees:

  • You must register if you want to do any of the following

    • In-person at the Penticton Lakeside Resort (Includes access to post event presentation recordings)

    • Virtually attend in the Hybrid Room. 1/3 of the presentations will be available virtually. (Includes access to post event presentation recordings. While we strive to capture all sessions in the hybrid room, technical challenges may occasionally result in some recordings being unavailable.)

    • or just have access to the presentation recordings after the event. Register as a virtual delegate.

  • All registrants will have access to available presentation recordings following the event.

    • Please note: Only presentations in the hybrid room (approximately one-third of all sessions) are broadcast virtually and recorded.

    • While we strive to capture all sessions in the hybrid room, technical challenges may occasionally result in some recordings being unavailable.

  • Registration Rules:

    • Early Bird: Register before May 31st and it’s only $10/day

    • Regular Price: After May 31st, it’s only $30/day

    • All Cancellations must happen before August 24th

    • All employer sponsored people who do not show up for the conference will be charged $100/day to cover the cost of food

  • Travel Reimbursement is between you and your employer. Some are covering none, partial or full.

  • BCSLS Member (non-sponsored)

    • Full Congress: $390/450

    • Day pass: $140/160

  • Non-member (non-sponsored) Membership info

  • Full Congress: $550/650

  • Day pass: $190/250

  • BC Students and BCSLS members

    • Current students can become members for $0

    • Must be registered in a BC MLA or MLT program

    • In-person (BCSLS is sponsoring students by paying 50% of your registration)

  • After sponsorship your cost is:

    • Full Congress: $150

    • Day pass: Thurs: $65, Fri: $65, Sat: $25

  • Virtual is $10/day
