friday Exhibitor Reception and keynote speaker

It's important (mandatory 😊 ) to attend the Exhibitor Reception!  We all need to support our Vendors, because without them, we wouldn't be able to have a Congress!  Just talk to them, get to know them professionally and socially. Appetizers and a free drink ticket to keep you fueled up for this adventure.

  • 300-430: Part 1 Exhibitors Reception

  • 430-530: KEYNOTE SPEAKER will engage us in between the reception.

  • 530-6pm more reception time! Networking, Appies and drinks




Friday Night Social

Do you want to LEARN how to use your critical thinking skills while solving a mystery as a team? Escape Room: Behind Pandora's Locks are 3 rooms, each containing a different immersive world of adventure and mystery for you to discover. 65 mins of cooperative puzzle-solving fun! Find the hidden clues, decode secret messages, work as a team and discover the secrets within. 3 themes to choose from. There will also be a pub food option to add to this event (optional). There will be a release of liability form that you will have to sign at the Escape Room venue.

  • $49 - Pandora's Locks (Escape Room) and Pub (food, reservation and Live Music)

  • $20 - No Escape Room, but join us at the Pub (food, reservation and Live Music)

Saturday Night Social

  • Do you want to get out of your comfort zone and LEAD yourself to new heights? Reach For the Top: Circus School introduction to the most popular disciplines (aerial silks, trampoline, juggling). Vancouver Circus School’s mission is to offer instruction for adults and seniors, of any ability. This is an 1.5 hour opportunity for the young at heart to experience the thrill and excitement of learning the 'art of circus'. There will be a pub dinner option available for after our circus antics. Pub dinner includes: Group appies, a Burger, a Beverage (Beer/Wine/Highball/Pop). Circus Release of Liability (you will need to sign this before the event)

    • $47 - Reach for the Top (Circus School), followed by food & socializing at the PaddleWheeler Pub

    • $20 - No Circus, but join us for socializing and food at the PaddleWheeler Pub

    • $27 - Circus antics only - NO pub



Saturday October 5th

BCSLS Annual General Meeting (AGM)

  • Everyone is welcome to join us in the morning at our annual AGM.

    • Breakfast for BCSLS Members is free (Must Pre-register by Sept 25)

    • Breakfast for Non-members is $20 (Must pre-purchase by Sept 25)
